This is a paddle/pong game with a background story. It's not necessary to break all the breaks or destroy all the enemies on your way, however. Occasionally, you will come across bosses that must be destroyed with the ball.

 The registration process failed for BrickBreak and 3 email attempts to contact the developers have failed to elicit a response. There is nothing worse that being ignored unless it it being taken by a scam.
I tried the trial version, liked the preview and paid for the full version. Then found out the full version was exactly the same as the trial (even after entering my registration code). I felt betrayed. The game is simple to complete (no challenge), it will not give comparative scores and ends abruptly without warning at level 10. There is nowhere you can go and see the record of your performance. Maybe I am doing something wrong in the registration and download process. It seems incomprehensible that the trial and full are the same! Help me if I am.

 Seems like a non-playable demo. After the intro, the game starts and the paddle is controlled automatically by the computer. Selecting File|Play just resumes the computer controlled game. I gave up rather soon, so may be you will have better luck.
